On the left side of this picture, the greenery marks where the old fence line was. The concrete retaining wall that was the edge of the large pond is gone, as is all the concrete footing for that part of the old fence. Fallen leaves cover the bare earth, which had just been planted and seeded a couple of months before. This area just beyond the new fence was really just mud before we planted it. What a difference a few years can make!
