The Park District has graciously offered us help to rid the marsh of Yellow Flag Iris. We'll be working with a crew from Aramark, the CPD contractor with which we share the garage (aka the "shed"). Their crew will be working from 6am to 2 pm, whatever help volunteers can give during that time will be appreciated, but we'll actually work later with volunteers only. I'm hoping that we can cut and herbicide ALL the iris in the marsh by the end of the day.

The rest of the iris can be dealt with on regular workdays...
